- Head to East Street and speak with Shanshan in the Long Lao Tavern & Inn.
- Give Shanshan 5 of the same fish.
- BONUS: Giving Shanshan 5 Eels earns 5 DP and 2 Teara Balms. Giving Shanshan 5 Electric Eels earns 5 DP and 3 Teara Balms. Giving 5 of any other fish earns 2 DP and 2 Tear Balms.
