Leyte Neues (レイテ・ノイエス) is the mother of Cecile Neues. She lives with her husband Miles in Bellheim Apartments in West Street, Crossbell City.

Background

Leyte is a kind, strong-willed and devout woman. Every day she goes out to pray at the Crossbell Cathedral and then continues the housework. Whenever Lloyd Bannings - who used to live next door with his brother Guy - comes to visit, she wants to treat him to extraordinary feasts.

Deep inside, Leyte is deeply concerned about her daughter. She initially was anxious about Cecile starting as a nurse at St. Ursula Medical College.
