Ulrika's story.
Background
Ulrika can interfere with a person's actions and cognizance using the power of words. Her power even allows her to directly affect combat ability. On the other hand, although she has the appearance and behavior of a typical "gal," she also seems to have a surprisingly sensible side, and when she is with other members of the society, she is often the one who has to scold them.
At some point between S.1205 and S.1206, Ulrika was appointed as Enforcer No. XVIII of Ouroboros.

Ulrika maintains the "Ouroboros Channel," a secretive live-stream broadcast via the Orbal Network. She posts several videos regarding Project Startaker. She has a policy of never never using her "power words" ability on stream, preferring to get through to viewers on the merits of her personality and wit, though she does break this rule precisely once.
