Fabio is a young spriggan from Dijon said to be around 20. Has reputation in the criminal underworld and the Bracer Guild for taking things too far in his work. Fabio built his reputation during the period when Almata was still active, frequently targeting anyone associated with the organization—attacking suspected affiliates, seizing their mira and possessions, and staging the incidents so they appeared to be the work of groups such as Heiyue or Ouroboros. In battle, he uses an an enhanced needle gun from Zecht Arms.
Despite his methods, Fabio openly admires Van Arkride's earlier work as a spriggan and considers himself a follower. However, he strongly disagrees with the way Van currently operates. Fabio believes that Van has grown soft due to the influence of his companions and his willingness to cooperate with organizations such as the Bracer Guild and the police. In Fabio’s view, a true spriggan should act alone and resolve matters through cold calculation and ruthless judgment.
Personality
Fabio is shown to be a crafty and driven, believing strongly in harsh, uncompromising justice. Admiring the reputation Van once had, Fabio models himself after what he sees as the “true” spriggan ideal—someone who works alone and resolves problems through cold calculation and ruthless judgment. This mindset makes him reckless and extreme, often pushing situations further than necessary in pursuit of what he believes is proper punishment. At the same time, his actions reveal a deep insecurity and desire for validation, as he constantly measures himself against Van and seeks recognition from him, with Van's colleagues even referring to him as Van's "follower."
