The Eternal Recurrence Plan 《永劫回帰計画》 is the third and, presumably, penultimate stage of the Orpheus Final Plan, the objective of Ouroboros.
Background
It was announced by the Grandmaster of Ouroboros at the end of 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 IV. During her proclamation of the plan, she noted that the "Primordial Nothingness" would come about in three years, suggesting that the Eternal Recurrence Plan is related in some way to the Grand Reset.
During 영웅전설 계의 궤적, Campanella secretly invites the members of the Arkride Solutions Office and eventually reveals himself to hand over one white replica of the Oct-Geneses before announcing the commencement of the Eternal Recurrence Plan.
At Anchorville, the Arkride Solutions Office meets with Ellroy Harwood, where he explains that the meaning of the Eternal Recurrence Plan is literal and that Ouroboros is preparing for a storm that lies beyond the horizon.
At the Grim Garten, when Professor Novartis finally confirms his origin and believes he has at last understood the meaning behind the Eternal Recurrence Plan. He intends to interfere with President Gramheart's plans, though he reinteriated his words and says he'll help instead when the Grandmaster shows up. She intervenes and stops him from doing so, as it would break the agreement made between them. She advises Novartis to rest, stating that whether or not he will have a role to play depends on the outcome of Gramheart’s plan, and that she will eventually require his assistance afterward.
After President Roy Gramheart plan failed to destroy Laegjarn's Chest during Project Startaker (Project Lævateinn), the Grand Reset was activated. It was the first step for the Eternal Recurrence Plan.
