The quest is given by Carl Regnitz in the morning of 7/24.
Walkthrough
- Head to Vainqueur Street and speak with Receptionist Citron in the Imperial Chronicle Building.
- Speak with the following people in Vainqueur Street:
- Rinoie at Weston House Whole Foods in Plaza Biforst.
- Greg at Mimosa Cafe in Plaza Bifrost.
- Watson in Watson's Weapons & Armor.
- Johannes in Lumiere Orbal Factory.
- Kailis in Le Sage Boutique.
- Return to Receptionist Citron.
Notebook
- Norton explained that he's producing a tourist brochure for the Summer Festival and asked us to get photos of and a comment from every store in the district.
- There are five places we need to visit:
1) Weston House, in Plaza Bifrost
2) Mimosa, in Plaza Bifrost
3) Watson's Weapons & Armor
4) Lumiere Orbal Factory
5) Le Sage Boutique - Received a comment from Weston House!
