The Unified Regions Army (統合地方軍) is a military organization that acts as the sucessor to the Provincial Armies.
Background
After the failed coup launched by Croire de Cayenne and the Noble Alliance, the strength and influence of the noble faction in Erebonia was greately diminished and a great deal of power stripped from them. Part of this process was the restructuring of the four provincial armies into one consolidated force with more oversight, led by former Provincial army commander, Wallace Bardias. The forces of the Unified Regions Army all wear white uniforms.
As the largest seat of noble power left in the Empire, the Unified Regions Army was primarily based in the Lamarre region and their headquarters were located in the Juno Naval Fortress. They were forced to listen to the orders of the de facto head of the region, Wilhelm Ballad.

The new Class VII, led by their instructor, Rean Schwarzer, are asked to participate in training with the Army and Wallace. When Ouroboros start to become active in the area, the fact that the Unified Regions Army is so stretched thin and hampered by red tape prevent them from providing much assistance, as is the intend to undermine the noble's power even further.
When new Railway Cannons are abducted by Ouroboros using the power of the Aion Type-αII, Marquis Ballad orders all of the forces stationed at the Naval fortress to attack the Rock Plateau to reclaim them, leading the Fortress ungarrisoned and easily taken by the Stahlritter and Northern Jaegers.
At the start of the Great Twilight, most of the Unified Regions Army join the Weissland Army as part of 뮤제 이그리트's Mille Mirage strategy.
