Blaue is a man met in the Capua Hideout.
He's one of the passengers on the airship Linde who gets taken hostage when the airliner is boarded and hijacked by the 카푸아 공적단. He and the other passengers are then blindfolded and taken to the Capuas' hideout in 안개 협곡 on board the Capua Sky Bandits' ship where they're imprisoned in one of the rooms on the lower level of the hideout.
Their ordeal comes to an end when Estelle, Joshua, Scherazard and Olivier stow away on the sky bandits' ship, infiltrate the hideout and subdue the group of bandits guarding their cell. When the army arrives, Blaue and the other passengers are transported back to town.
