Lucius Reise Arnor (ルキウス皇子), son of Emperor Valius Reise Arnor V, was the sixth prince of Erebonia during the 10th Century of the Septian Calendar.

In S.947, Lucius was plunged into a war with the other sons of Valius Reise Arnor V over his succession.
As the sixth and the youngest of the feuding brothers, Lucius and an unnamed mercenary acquired the famed champion, Zector the Palatinate Knight. The latter was chosen as its Awakener.
Bolstered by the power of a Divine Knight, they were able to defeat the army of Prince Albert in the Battle of Olbia; fought around the war's midpoint (S. 949 – S. 950), this victory was in large to thank for his eventual alliance with the forces of Third Prince Dreichels. As a result of his victory and continued control of Zector, Prince Lucius was poised to challenge Orthros for the throne. Meanwhile, his defeat of Albert forced the Second Prince to regroup and soon thereafter form an alliance with Fifth Prince Gunnar (of whom was also recently ousted by a Divine Knight, namely, Orthros and his Testa-Rossa), seeing their combined armies and subsequent accumulation of Magic Knights to be their only remaining option. For a time, the alliance of Albert and Gunnar was a fruitful one, and the other princes, including Lucius, were held off until the war's final day.
In S.952, Prince Dreichels and commander of the Eisenritter Lianne Sandlot managed to persuade Lucius and his mercenary Awakener to side with them. However, when the Vermillion Apocalypse emerged in Heimdallr alongside the Infernal Castle on July 4th, the Palatinate Knight and its mercenary Awakener were decimated, along with the remaining armies of Second Prince Albert and Fifth Prince Gunnar.
The remaining forces of Lucius' army sided with Dreichels and emerged victorious over Orthros.
