Faults is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
He's a man working at the 리벨 통신 headquarters as a journalist. While colleagues like Nial and Noticia cover all sorts of news, Faults is in charge of providing the cultural and travel columns that appear in the newspaper. The various articles describing locations such as the Kingfisher Inn, Maple Leaf Inn, 에어레텡 Falls and Ahnenburg Wall are all his contributions.
Faults frequently has trouble turning in his articles before the deadline though, since he has to rely on others to provide him with information that's part of said articles and he complains that many of his editors and writers tend to get sick just as the deadline hits. During the time Estelle and Joshua are in Grancel, Faults briefly travels to another city to retrieve a manuscript, only to find out that the manuscript isn't finished yet. After he makes it back to the royal city empty-handed, he's found complaining that people fail to communicate despite the fact that there are orbal telephones these days.
His fortunes seem to turn around when he's assigned to do a piece on the Anterose Restaurant and he's seen gloating that he actually gets paid to eat such an exclusive meal, but before he can take the airliner to Bose, the Intelligence Division shuts down air traffic and Faults sees his opportunity come crashing down.
Faults is a little intimidated by Nial's and Noticia's passion, mentioning that the two of them are way stricter than their boss. He has great respect for Dorothy, praising the gorgeous pictures she takes and the initiative she displays, though he also comments about how it takes a person with guts to even hire a quirky person like her.
