7/26 (Mon) Field Study at Heimdallr - Day 3
  • Today is the first day of the Summer Festival. With Instructor Sara acting as our point of contact, we began our anti-terrorist patrols. We need to keep an eye out for anything suspicious while we're walking around.
  • Security at Valflame Palace is perfect. Nothing to worry about there.
  • Fie sensed something suspicious on Vainqueur Street, so we kept that in the back of our minds.
  • We ran into Crow at the department store. He was all excited about some prize contest based around the Summer Races... What a surprise.
  • We found something curious outside the underground passage entrance in the Ost District. It might not've been important, but we made note of it nonetheless.
  • A resident of one of the apartments on Alto Street moved out this morning. Moving out on the day of the festival seemed strangely...off.
  • We met Vita Clotilde a second time at the hotel in the Garnier District. She says that she saw some suspicious people in an alley nearby.
  • She had to go to a banquet at the Imperial palace, though, so after wishing us luck with our patrols, she departed.
  • We ran into Patrick at Mater Park. He'd been invited to the garden party taking place there later that day.
  • The Crystal Garden where it was taking place is being guarded by Imperial Guardsmen. It did feel like we were overlooking something, though...
  • We informed the Imperial Guardsmen about a hole in their security--the passage under the hotel which leads to Mater Park. Once we had, we felt as though security there was perfect.
  • A number of laborers at Heimdallr Port quit all of a sudden. Considering the timing, it wasn't something we felt comfortable to ignore.
  • We told Instructor Sara about our findings during the morning's patrol.
  • We were then asked to watch over the limousine carrying Princess Alfin to make sure she made it safely to Mater Park.
  • We arrived at Vainqueur Street and prepared to board the tram to Mater Park.
  • I noticed that Elise was with Princess Alfin in the limousine. The princess must really trust her. Kind of made me proud to be her big brother...
  • After watching to make sure they entered the Crystal Garden safely, we decided to get lunch and patrol our assigned districts again, finishing with Dreichels Plaza.
  • The time seemed right for the terrorists to make their move, so we wanted to make sure that we didn't miss a thing in Dreichels Plaza.
  • We found Towa and Angelica visiting Heimdallr as well. They rode over here on the orbal bike... I'm actually kind of jealous.
  • As we were talking, Crow turned up. He was crushed that Angelica won his much-desired prize.
  • All of a sudden, something caused the fountains in the plaza to erupt. We assumed they were just a diversion and ran straight to Mater Park.
