The quest is available on the second day of Chapter 1.

공략

1. Head to the Administrative District and speak to Receptionist Shion in the Crossbell Civic Center.
2. Head to the following locations:
   • Examine the door of the house north of the MacDowell Estate in the Residential District
   • Speak with Bond and Creil in the north apartment of the 2nd floor of Acacia Apartments, East Street
   • Examine the door of the former Fisherman's Guild on East Street
     • Afterwards, head to the Back Alley and speak with the guild's members in Garante Jazz Bar.
     • NOTE: If Clear Data was carried over from 영웅전설 제로의 궤적, additional bait will be given:
       • Earthworm ×30 and Dumplings ×30 if Fishing Rank was Divine Angler (24 types of fish caught)
       • Earthworm ×20 and Dumplings ×20 if Fishing Rank was Master Fisher (23 types of fish caught)
       • Earthworm ×10 and Dumplings ×10 if Fishing Rank was lower or no Clear Data was loaded
   • Examine the center door of Lotus Heights in the Downtown District
3. Return to Receptionist Shion.

• Checked the Residential District address. 'The High Bloods' is a group of three young men, all of whom are sons of Verne Company staff in the Republic.
• Checked Bond and his family's new residence. Nothing suspicious to report about their East Street home in Acacia Apartments. Bond appears to be looking for a fresh start in life.
• Checked the East Street address. The Imperial Fishing Club seized the lease to the building without the Fisherman's Guild's knowing. Underhanded as it may be, though, what they did wasn't illegal.
• Apparently, the Fisherman's Guild will be meeting at Garante, the Jazz Bar in the Back Alley. Let's make our way there.
• Learned of the Fisherman Guild's current status at the jazz bar.
• Their activities were suspended due to the cult incident, but will be resuming starting today.
• Furthermore, Branch Manager Celdan is searching for a new office.
• Checked the downtown address. The previous resident, Geithner, moved to the Republic of Calvard. He forgot to submit the proper forms, but agreed to fill them out.
• The new resident's name was obviously fake. Their true identity was Mr. Gable, a former diet member who represented the Imperial faction.
• Confirmed the current and previous occupants of the three suspicious residences. Let's report back to the Civic Center.
• Handed in the revised forms at the Civic Center and reported our findings.
