List of quests (Azure)/Chapter 4/Ancient Battlefield Anomalies

There have been several reports of strange black monsters near the Ancient Battlefield in the eastern part of the state.
I am requesting that you investigate and eliminate these potential threats. Come to the command room in Tangram Gate for further details.

Ancient Battlefield Anomalies (古戦場の捜査) is an optional support request that occurs during 제4장 "운명의 크로스벨" in 영웅전설 벽의 궤적.

Background

The quest is available on the first day of Chapter 4 (after completing The Raid of Crossbell City).

The quest expires after defeating Torso Z in the Geofront C Sector during Support Requests.

Walkthrough

1. Travel to Tangram Gate and speak with Deputy Commander Douglas.
2. Travel to the Ancient Battlefield through Old Armorica Road and head to Map 4 for a battle.

Notebook

• The black monsters may be decommissioned Revache war hounds. Due to tensions at the border, we will take on the investigation in lieu of the CGF.
• Let's head toward the Ancient Battlefield where the monsters were sighted.
• The monsters in question were indeed war hounds. They've gone feral, so if we neutralize the pack leader, the rest will fall into line.
• A large monster was wandering near the Sun Fort with a pack of war hounds. Upon defeating it, the rest of the group backed down.
• The feral war hounds had intended to live away from humans, but were ordered to attack livestock and ransack crops by the pack leader.
• Zeit made them promise to stick to their territory and leave humans alone, so we agreed to overlook their presence for now.
• Reported in to the deputy commander. The CGF has one less problem on their hands now.
