The quest expires after arriving at the Crossbell Police Academy during Support Requests.
Walkthrough
- Enter the Residential District for a scene.
- Head to the Entertainment District and speak with Officer Kate.

- Held a strategy briefing with Officer Kate. The car was first sighted several days ago, and the drivers are a trio of three young men.
- We confirmed their route. We're going to need a well-thought-out plan if we want to avoid causing an accident, though.
- Decided to lure the car into a dead end by constructing a roadblock out of sandbags.
- Decided to use the Administrative District for the operation. That way, disturbances can be kept to a minimum, as there will be fewer pedestrians around.
- Let's begin the plan ASAP.
- The Metropolitan Division initiated the operation. The barricade worked, and we were able to apprehend the three drivers.
