구시가지 부흥 지원 (旧市街の復興) is an optional support request that occurs during 제4장 "운명의 크로스벨" in 영웅전설 벽의 궤적.
배경
The quest is available on the first day of Chapter 4 (after completing The Raid of Crossbell City).
The quest expires after defeating Torso Z in the Geofront C Sector during Support Requests.

- Head to the Downtown District and speak with Abbas and Chief Guillaume in Guillaume Factory.
- Complete the following tasks:
- Speak with Azel in the south room of Lotus Heights to obtain 500 mira and a shopping list:
Beast Flesh ×10- Five-Colored Miso ×10
- Healthy Liquor ×10
- Sesame Oil ×10
- Dark Mushroom ×30
- Versatile Onion ×30
- Petite Carrot ×30
- Hot Pepper ×30
- BONUS: Speak with Old Man Tantz, then head to the Administrative District and speak with Chroma to obtain
Acerbic Tomato Paste. Giving the Acerbic Tomato Paste in addition to the rest of the ingredients earns 1 DP and changes the extra reward to 
Hearty Acerbic Pork Soup.
- Speak with Canon near the destroyed Maison Imelda, then speak with Chief Guillaume to obtain a metal detector. Use the metal detector in the green ! marked spots on the following map to obtain Scrap Metal and on the yellow spots to obtain U-Material.
- BONUS: Giving 10 Scrap Metal to Canon earns 3 DP. Giving at least 7 Scrap Metal earns 2 DP. Giving at least 4 Scrap Metal earns 1 DP. Any less earns no DP.
- Give U-Material ×10 to Chief Guillaume
- BONUS: Speak with Liang in Trinity during the quest to obtain
Periwinkle Nectar ×6.
- Speak with Azel in the south room of Lotus Heights to obtain 500 mira and a shopping list:
- Return to Abbas.
- Speak with Azel afterwards to obtain Warm Miso Soup / Hearty Acerbic Pork Soup ×6.

- Handed over all the ingredients. The soup kitchen supply request is now complete.
- At the ruins of Maison Imelda, Canon asked us to help collect scrap metal from the wreckage.
- Our search would be more efficient with a metal detector... Let's consult Chief Guillaume about it.
- Explained the situation to Chief Guillaume and borrowed the metal detector he built for fun. Let's go walk around outside with it.
- Delivered the scrap metal we collected to Canon. He was very pleased. It looks like our hard work was worth it. (When giving 10 Scrap Metal)
