Background
The Student Council of the 토르즈 사관학교 often helps out Brandon. This is how he met 토와 허셜, whom he considers a role model for both other students and his own daughter, 티젤. He becomes acquainted with 린 슈바르처 once he drops by regularly for tasks on behalf of the Student Council.
