Back in Ymir (温泉郷ユミル) is a story quest that occurs during the 서장 "귀향 ~실의의 끝자락에" in 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 II.
Background
The quest is automatically acquired on 11/30, after completing Eisengard Range.
Walkthrough
- In Ymir, talk to the following people:
- Lucia and Teo Schwarzer in Baron Schwarzer's mansion.
- Elise and Celine at the footbath.
- Princess Alfin in the Ymir Chapel.
- Toval in the Valley's Echo Tavern.
- BONUS: Speak with Gerald to obtain
Fluffy Pancake ×2.
- BONUS: Speak with Gerald to obtain
- Head Chef Werner in the Phoenix Wings.
- Annabelle in Ymir Valley.
- NOTE: If Clear Data was carried over from 영웅전설 섬의 궤적, groundbait will be given:
Groundbait ×5 if Fishing Rank was Red Angler (20 types of fish caught)- Groundbait ×3 if Fishing Rank was Black Angler (12 types of fish caught)
- Groundbait if Fishing Rank was Brown Angler (6 types of fish caught)
- NOTE: If Clear Data was carried over from 영웅전설 섬의 궤적, groundbait will be given:
- Head to the Phoenix Wings and speak with Manager Baggins.
- Enter the bath for a scene.

- 11/30 (Tue) Ymir
- Upon waking up, I realized I was in my room in Ymir.
- Soon after awaking, my mother and father came into the room and told me about what had happened while I was asleep in the mountains. Unfortunately, it sounds like the academy's been taken over by the Noble Alliance.
- We agreed that I should stay in the village for a while to get some rest. Maybe a walk will do me some good.
- I spoke to Dad and found out that he hasn't been able to contact Viscount Arseid.
- I spoke to Mom, who was busy cooking. I felt slightly more cheerful after talking to her.
- I found out that Elise thinks that Celine saved my life. I came away feeling horribly inadequate compared to her. My sister really is something else...
- I confirmed my suspicions that as cheerful as she seems, deep down, Princess Alfin is worried sick about her family.
- I spoke with Toval about what's going on in the Bracer Guild.
- Apparently, the reason he came to save me when he did is that he received an anonymous tip informing him of my location. Who could have given him that?
- I've finished going around the village now. I think it's about time I headed for the Phoenix Wings.
- The open-air bath's cleaning seems to be done. A nice, long soak sounds like a great idea right about now.
- Elise appeared while I was soaking in the spring. I was in danger of losing my way, but her words put me back on the right track. I feel like I'm ready to do what needs to be done now.
- Princess Alfin and Celine appeared shortly after, but while we were talking, we were disturbed by the sound of a mighty roar.
- It came from the Magic Knight that we encountered in the mountains--and worse, it seems to be coming toward Ymir.
