Background
The quest is available at the beginning of Chapter 2. The bus for the West Crossbell Highway won't be available until Chapter 3 if this quest isn't completed.
The quest expires after facing Yin during Threat Letter Investigation.

Nephentes G can be found in the West Crossbell Highway Map 4, blocking the way to the bus stop.
