Background

The quest is available at the beginning of Part 2 of Monster Damage Investigation.

The quest expires when entering the Mayor's house in Mainz Mining Village during Monster Damage Investigation.

Walkthrough

Head to East Street and speak with Lars in the first room of Long Lao Tavern & Inn.
Head to the Entertainment District and speak with Cherry in Barca Casino.
Exchange 200 medals for a Mishy Plush Toy.
Return to Lars.
