We were heading along the highway and heard a voice crying out for help.
The owner of the voice was a traveling merchant named Albel, who was under attack by monsters. We managed to rescue him and take him back to Celdic.

Background
The quest is available after reaching the Twin Dragons Bridge during To Garrelia.
The quest expires when crossing the Twin Dragons Bridge during To Garrelia.
Walkthrough
- Speak with Merchant Albel and the Provincial Army Soldier.
- Head to the East Celdic Highway Map 3 and walk towards the west exit for a scene.
- Walk north for a battle.
