Arthur is a man with gray combed back hair, red eyes and glasses. He wears a long overcoat over a brown waistcoat and purple shirt, with an attached mantle and lots of straps.The sleeves are capable of being unstrapped revealing white gloves and a mechanised claw gauntlet with an inbuilt firearm attachment.
