The Realm of the Great Shadow (巨(おお)イナル影(かげ)ノ領域(りょういき)) is a Phase Space accessible from the depths of the Old Schoolhouse. It is the final dungeon of 영웅전설 섬의 궤적.

Background

After 6 months of investigating the Old Schoolhouse, Class VII believed the sixth floor to be the final one, with Principal 반다이크 declaring the end of the investigation. However, on the night of the first day of the school festival, the schoolhouse became surrounded by an impenetrable barrier. Class VII asked to continue the investigation to prevent the festival's cancellation and crossed the barrier to find the seventh floor of the schoolhouse was now open.

Inside they found a portal to the Realm of the Great Shadow, located in a separate space and full of contraptions and monsters. At the depths they found a door leading to the second and final trial for 린 슈바르처, chosen to become the Awakener of Valimar, the Ashen Knight. Beyond the door, they found a barren battlefield and fought Loa Erebonius, a shadow of the Great Power. After defeating it, Class VII found themselves back in the depths of the schoolhouse, where Valimar was housed.
