It's happening again. People are checking out books and not returning them! I need your help retrieving these wayward books.

State-Wide Overdue Book Retrieval (自治州内延滞本の回収) is an optional support request that occurs during 제4장 "숨어드는 예지" in 영웅전설 제로의 궤적.

배경

The quest is available at the beginning of Chapter 4.

The quest expires after entering the Don's office during Blue Pill Investigation.

공략

1. Head to the Administrative District and speak with Miles in the Crossbell City Library.
2. Retrieve the three books:
   • Arc en Ciel Enthusiasts:
     1. Travel to Armorica Village and speak with Alfred in the Ash Tree Inn.
     2. Head outside and speak with Elkin at the village gate.
     3. Head to the house north of Reoir General Store and speak with Donald.
     4. Head to the shed next to the Village Chief's House and examine the crate under the window.
   • Paranormal Crossbell Collection:
     1. Travel to Mainz Mining Village and speak with Logy in the Mainz Mine.
     2. Head to the deepest part of the mine and examine the sparkle for a battle.
   • The Best Way to Use 5 Minutes:
     1. Travel to St. Ursula Medical College and speak with Medical Intern Flora in Le Lectier Inn.
     2. Climb to the roof and examine the door to the research ward to enter the Reference Room.
     3. Examine the far west side of the east shelf to find the book.
3. Return to Miles.

• Heard about the details of the request from Uncle Miles.
• To retrieve the books, we must track down the following people:
  ·Mr. Alfred, who lives in Armorica Village.
  ·Mr. Logy, a man who works as a miner in Mainz.
  ·Miss Flora, a a resident working at St. Ursula Hospital. This may take some time as they all live outside of the city.
• Mr. Alfred has lent his book out to someone again. This time, it's Mr. Gofan. Unfortunately, Mr. Gofan went and lent it out, too--apparently to someone named Mr. Elkin.
• This is no longer funny. Mr. Elkin is apparently tinkering with an orbal truck by the village entrance.
• Mr. Elkin also gave the book away. I'm dumbfounded. He claims it's with Mr. Donald who lives in the house near the general store, but we'll see...
• Mr. Donald lost the book. Good grief. He last remembers reading it in the shed by the apiary. Let's look there and hope for the best.
• Finally recovered 'Arc en Ciel Enthusiasts.' I suppose it makes sense that this book would be in high demand.
• Mr. Logy left the book deep in the mine. I guess we have to go in there and retrieve it, ourselves.
• We eliminated the monsters that appeared and recovered the copy of 'Paranormal Crossbell Collection.'
• Miss Flora mixed up the book with textbooks from the research ward's reference room. Let's check there.
• Let's find it in the reference room.
• Searched the room. Recovered the copy of 'The Best Way to Use 5 Minutes.'
• Retrieved all three overdue books. Let's return them to the library.
• Returned the three books to Uncle Miles.
