Background
The quest is given by Toval Randonneur in the morning of 8/29.
Walkthrough
- Head to the Ebel Highway and break the log in Map 1 to open up a new path.
- Follow the path to Map 2 and defeat Phalanx J9 at the end.
- Return to Legram.
