Count Jerome von Bartholomeus (ジェローム・フォン・バルトロメウス) is a member of the Princely Family of Remiferia.

Appearance
Jerome is a middle-aged man with dark brown hair and a squinting expression. He wears an elaborate purple suit with a gold trim, a black and gold shirt and white cravat with a blue gemstone. He also has a golden monocle.
