The Testaments (テスタメンツ) were a group of delinquents led by Wazy Hemisphere in the Downtown District of Crossbell City.
Background
The Testaments were a group formed by Wazy Hemisphere to contest the other large delinquent group, the Saber Vipers, led by Wazy's rival Wald Wales. The two groups held a passionate rivalry, confronting each other in the streets and disturbing the neighbourhood with their quarrels. The group utilised a religious theme, referring to their operations as a 'holy crusade.' Their adopted symbol was that of a stylised white 'T' against a blue backdrop.
Members of the group typically dressed in a sleeveless blue and white uniform embellished with white crosses, a nod to their religious motif. Their jackets also sported a large blue hood, also using the cross pattern Each member featured a blue tattoo on their left arm. Weaponry used by the Testaments included slingshots and long poles wrapped in chains.
The group used the Trinity bar as their base of operations, located in the Downtown District of Crossbell City. However, with the demolishing of that area of the city and subsequent redevelopment into a new residential area known as the Uptown District, the bar no longer exists. Within the bar there was ample floor space, with a large drinks bar, several pool tables and a lounge for sitting in.

The Special Support Section first encounter the Testaments early on in their operation, investigating the assault and hospitalisation of one of the Testaments' members. After witnessing a confrontation between the Testaments and their long term rivals, the Saber Vipers in the streets, Lloyd and company are eager to de-escalate the situation. They soon visit the Trinity Bar and are formally introduced to the group, and later on they successfully resolve the attack and settle the confrontations.
The Testaments and Saber Vipers would continue to maintain animosity with each other, even after Wazy's leave of absence from the group. Wazy joined the SSS, leaving Abbas as interim leader of the group. They would continue to be a source of information and cooperative with the SSS.

By the end of the Great War, the Testaments have matured and the group has disbanded. Several of the members take employment up elsewhere in the city, or in some cases even abroad. During one visit to the city on business, Wazy and Wald, now a member of the Gralsritter, reunite with their former groups, but it is not long until former rivalries flare up and the gangs are once again at each other's throats. the various former members of each gang cheer on their former leaders as they begin a street brawl but they are ultimately broken up by an intervening Noel Seeker, who after the incident decided to have more respect for the former gang members.
