The Lucifen Lied (魔王の凱歌, rushifen riito) is the most forbidden incantation of the Hexen Clan. It is said to awaken the Vermillion Despair, summoning the Infernal Castle from below the Valflame Palace in Heimdallr, Erebonia. It was used during the War of the Lions and the Erebonian Civil War.

During Vita Clotilde's incantation in Trails of Cold Steel II, the following lyrics are heard:

Thou art the Vermillion Emperor, keeper of a thousand weapons and ruler of the interval between heaven and hell... As a rightful descendant of the Guardians of the Blaze, I offer unto you this song of exaltation!
