Aoi kesshō no uchitoke

Breaking the Blue Crystal Ice (青い結晶の打ち解け, Aoi kesshō no uchitoke) is the fourth episode of the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel: Northern War anime series.

Summary

Lavi's team continue their internal investigation as they tour the Empire through Raquel, Heimdallr and Roer. They arrive to Ymir which is publicly rumored as the hero's hometown, where the group find trouble in the village where all of the hot springs suddenly turn frozen. The team decides to help the village for any related information in return, leading to Lavi and Iselia to investigate the pipelines. The girls discover the cause to be a Septium-integrated monster, trapping Iseria in a crystal prison, and leaving Lavi to rescue her with only limited arsenal to do the job.
