Eartha Herschel's story.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails

Eartha considers herself a 'Fragment Observer' because of her love and devotion to the study of the Star Fragments. She has served as a mother figure to Nayuta and Cygna, taking care of them after the death of their parents and is well loved by everyone on the island. She is an excellent cook and makes lunches for Nayuta. Ingredients can be taken to Eartha from which she can make these lunchboxes, each containing a different effect. Experience is earned from using them. New recipes can be gained for new items.

During the course of the story, Eartha falls ill with a mysterious illness and has only one hope of recovery- a rare flower not seen for many year on Remnant Isle. Fortunately, the flower in question grows bountifully on Lost Heaven's third continent: Heinmel, The Sacred mountain. Nayuta travels there as part of his quest to retrieve all four Master Gears, only to find its guardian Argol sealed and the climate of the continent changed to one of blustery winter, meaning no flowers are growing. Nayuta defeats a rampaging guardian construct and resets the continent, allowing Spring to return and the flower to be recovered. With the flower, Eartha's health is restored.
