RAMDA

RAMDA (RAMDA(ラムダ)) is a fifth-generation tactical orbment co-developed by the Verne Company and the Epstein Foundation in secrecy by the Calvard government.

Background

Like the other fifth generation orbments, the RAMDA has enhanced communications and arts usage like the Enigma and allows its users to 'link' and perform chain attacks like the ARCUS. Furthermore, the RAMDA's unique feature is allowing its users to use spatial projection for stealth. These orbments are limited only to the governmental authorities such as the army and police, before it was succeeded by the Xipha.

RAMDA is introduced in 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 III, where Hercules demonstrates its technological capabilities to escape from Class VII. Following the arrest of Hercules, the Intelligence Division ponders the possibility that the key to RAMDA is the unique qualities of each person's spirit as a kind of key, meaning that the RAMDA's technology is inaccessible without unlocking it through a kind of 'Spirit Code'.
