Neinvalli (ナインヴァリ) is a franchise of exchange stores owned by Ashleigh.
Background
Neinvalli exchange was founded by owner Ashleigh. Infamous for being a Black Market dealer and for the selling of arms, Neinvalli exchange is a popular store for clientele such as Jaegers.
Neinvalli operates on trust, refusing to sell to customers until they can be trusted, and no deals offered until they meet Ashleigh's standards. They also maintain an honor code, not divulging information about their clients to others.
Neinvalli's main branch was located in Crossbell City's Downtown District but relocated to the East Street after the former was refurbished and undesirable locations urged out. Additional branches have been opened by Ashleigh's daughter, Jingo in Leeves and later Heimdallr, taking over from a previous store that moved to Central Street. Before opening the Leeves branch, Jingo met a dog and sensed his potential, naming him Cerberus and training him up. Cerberus now works for the Neinvalli franchise, conducting trade deals and negotiations on its behalf.
Neinvalli have a partnership with the Capua Express.
After desiring to expand the business, Jingo has a fortunate series of events that lead to her posessing an airship akin to the Bobcat. Christening it the Express Ship Argo, she uses it to form a new 'Special Service'. C is the first person to take advantage of this new service, employing Jingo to help his party escape from Heimdallr's Himmel Cemetery.
