Neinvalli (ナインヴァリ) is a franchise of exchange stores owned by 애슐리.
Background
Neinvalli exchange was founded by owner 애슐리. Infamous for being a Black Market dealer and for the selling of arms, Neinvalli exchange is a popular store for clientele such as Jaegers.
Neinvalli operates on trust, refusing to sell to customers until they can be trusted, and no deals offered until they meet 애슐리's standards. They also maintain an honor code, not divulging information about their clients to others.
Neinvalli's main branch was located in Crossbell City's Downtown District but relocated to the East Street after the former was refurbished and undesirable locations urged out. Additional branches have been opened by 애슐리's daughter, 진고 in Leeves and later Heimdallr, taking over from a previous store that moved to Central Street. Before opening the Leeves branch, 진고 met a dog and sensed his potential, naming him 케르베로스 and training him up. 케르베로스 now works for the Neinvalli franchise, conducting trade deals and negotiations on its behalf.
Neinvalli have a partnership with the Capua Express.
After desiring to expand the business, 진고 has a fortunate series of events that lead to her posessing an airship akin to the Bobcat. Christening it the Express Ship Argo, she uses it to form a new 'Special Service'. C is the first person to take advantage of this new service, employing 진고 to help his party escape from Heimdallr's Himmel Cemetery.
