Neinvalli (ナインヴァリ) is a franchise of exchange stores owned by Ashleigh.
Background
Neinvalli exchange was founded by owner Ashleigh. Infamous for being a Black Market dealer and for the selling of arms, Neinvalli exchange is a popular store for clientele such as Jaegers.
Neinvalli operates on trust, refusing to sell to customers until they can be trusted, and no deals offered until they meet Ashleigh's standards. They also maintain an honor code, not divulging information about their clients to others.
Neinvalli's main branch was located in Crossbell City's Downtown District but relocated to the East Street after the former was refurbished and undesirable locations urged out.
