The Truth Coated in Lead (重ね塗られた鉛色の真実, Kasane nura reta namariiro no shinjitsu) is the seventh episode of the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel: Northern War anime series.

Summary

Having completed the recon mission, Lavi's team return to North Ambria, but forced to leave Martin behind who provided their escape from the Intelligence Division. Though returning back to her instructor position, a bothered Lavi ponders through Martin's last advice, and decides to confront Master Glark the truth regarding her grandfather which also involves Colonel Valestein.

Suddenly, a liability claim from the Erebonia government was delivered regarding the "arson in Celdic". This puts Lavi to a decision when Glark gives her a chance to become what her grandfather failed to be.
